Jonathan S. Goodgold, Esq. merged his own law firm into The Beinhaker Law Firm, LLC as of January 1, 2016. Jonathan had his own law firm for over seven years focusing on employment and collection law matters, as well as all aspects of civil litigation. Prior to having to starting his own practice, Jonathan practiced at a leading labor and employment law firm in New Jersey and a civil litigation firm in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Jonathan is the Director of Collections and leads the firm’s collection work in all areas and industries. He has counseled clients and negotiated and litigated on their behalf in order for their accounts receivables to become accounts payable. He regularly counsels clients with respect to collection law matters.
Jonathan is an active networker and involved in several networking groups. He previously has written for the New Jersey Law Journal on employment law matters and has been a repeat speaker for the National Business Institute on topics concerning collection law. Jonathan has also conducted a live webinar for Lawline on Collection Law topics in February, 2017.
Jonathan graduated Binghamton University, State University of New York, magna cum laude and with the distinctions of graduating Phi Beta Kappa with Honors in History. Jonathan earned his law degree (JD) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and then clerked for the Honorable W. Hunt Dumont in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
