Are your assets properly protected from liability and creditors? Our Legal Retainer Program is an arrangement whereby we act as primary counsel for your business and/or personal affairs and transactions for a regular and manageable fee.

We will handle and regularly update your wills, trusts, estate plan and other personal documents. In addition, we will create an appropriate asset protection strategy and regularly update the program to be sure you and your assets are best protected from general liability and creditors. We will draft or review, as the case may be, any contracts you may need to sign such as auto leases, rental agreements, loan documents, or mortgage agreements.

If you are a business owner, we will review and update all contracts, client agreements, vendor agreements, operating agreements, stock certificates, and buy-sell agreements. In addition, we will review your business structure and practices to be sure you are coordinated with your asset protection strategy.

We will also handle all real estate transactions including contract drafting, project management and all aspects of the closing process, as well as assist in all aspects of the acquisition and ownership process.
