Business Retainer Program

Did you ever wonder whether all aspects of your legal life are in order? Are your Wills up-to-date? Are your business agreements coordinated with your Estate Plan? Are your assets properly protected from liability and creditors? Our Legal Retainer Program is an arrangement whereby we act as primary counsel for your business and/or personal affairs and transactions for a regular and manageable fee.

We will handle and regularly update your wills, trusts, estate plan and other personal documents. In addition, we will create an appropriate asset protection strategy and regularly update the program to be sure you and your assets are best protected from general liability and creditors. We will draft or review, as the case may be, any contracts you may need to sign such as auto leases, rental agreements, loan documents, or mortgage agreements.

If you are a business owner, we will review and update all contracts, client agreements, vendor agreements, operating agreements, stock certificates, and buy-sell agreements. In addition, we will review your business structure and practices to be sure you are coordinated with your asset protection strategy.

We will also handle all real estate transactions including contract drafting, project management and all aspects of the closing process, as well as assist in all aspects of the acquisition and ownership process. We will also review any documents and agreements related to other investment acquisitions.

In general, we will handle and facilitate all of the transactional legal issues in your life giving you the confidence and peace of mind that everything is properly integrated and coordinated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone can use proper counsel to manage all of their affairs, but we generally find that for professionals, executives and business owners who earn in excess of $1,000,000 per year and whose net worth exceeds 20 million dollars, our program is a must.  Your unique situation may make the program appropriate for you even if you fall outside these benchmarks.
