Erin M. Nadeau, Esq. joined the Firm in January, 2019 and works in an of counsel capacity. Erin continues her work as a solo-practitioner handling real estate, tax appeals and other matters which she has done since 2005.
Erin is a graduate of The New York Law School in Manhattan. During her law school education, she served as an Articles Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also worked full time during law school and was still able to graduate in three years. Prior to attending law school, Erin received her B.A. in English from John Carroll University. She is admitted to Practice in New Jersey.
Erin has a varied Practice base and can meet most of your legal needs.
She is well versed in all aspects of Real Estate Law, including but not limited to, Real Estate Closings, Leases, Land Use Matters, Landlord-Tenant issues and Tax Appeals.
She has experience with all types of Contracts, including, but not limited to, Employment Agreements, Entertainment Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, Option Agreements and Film Production Contracts and Trademark filings.
Erin can also help with Estate Planning/Administration needs such as: Wills, Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies and General Estate Administration, including disclaiming of assets, Estate Litigation and Guardianship matters.
Family Law is another area where Erin can assist you with the drafting of Prenuptial Agreements and related Estate Planning Matters, and Divorces, including but not limited to Bed and Board Divorces, Post-Judgment Matters, Mediation and Name Changes.
Erin can also provide support for Expungements and Municipal Court Traffic Violations.
If you are in need of support to advocate for your child, Erin can assist you as a Parent Advocate and assist you with negotiation of IEP accommodations and Settlement Agreements with the school.
Erin is certified as a Parent Advocate by the NJ Parent Advocacy Network.
